• Consent: cookies and analytics on this website, marketing communications, and ad personalization in the free tier. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: responding to lawful requests and meeting our child-safety reporting duties.

2. Cookies on this website

Non-essential cookies and analytics are off until you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time through Privacy Choices in the footer. Essential storage (your consent choice itself) is always allowed.

3. International transfers

WakieUp is operated from the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum with our service providers.

4. Your rights

• Access, rectification, and erasure of your personal data.
• Restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Data portability for data you provided to us.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing before withdrawal.

5. Retention and children

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active and as needed to deliver scheduled Wakies, then delete or anonymize it as described in the Privacy Policy. WakieUp is not directed to children under 13, and accounts for users under 16 in the EU require parental consent.
