Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open WakieUp and tap the gear icon for Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Terminate account.
3. Read what will be deleted and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

Send us a request from the contact page (choose Privacy request) or email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We confirm that the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, profile photo, birthday and settings.
• Wakies you received, with their video and audio.
• Your unsent drafts, connections, Circles, events, reminders and invites.
• Contact-matching codes, notification tokens and Round-Up riders.

What is kept

• Wakies you already sent that were delivered stay with the people who received them. They keep working, and you show up as "A deleted user".
• Records we are required by law to keep, such as purchase records for tax purposes and child-safety reports, for as long as the law requires.
